Both running and school leadership are two of the most rewarding and challenging things I've been involved with and learnt from. I look forward to learning more through running and leading, but not always leading the running!

'First in, first served!'
Isn't that just common sense? If I'm the first one in, shouldn't I expect to be served first?
Are you in McDonalds? I guess this question depends on where and why. Sometimes we may need to consider other people and their needs above being first.
I like your thinking. I received an e-mail with this tag line (first in, first served, and no, it wasn't from McDonalds) as a marketing ploy to get me to buy. I've noticed an upsurge in sites that try to get us to impulse buy - 1day, grabone, treatme... they use phrases like this to lure us... I wonder what our learners make of this, and other such sayings. Anyway, I better go... someone might beat me to the Puma Polo Jersey for only $19.99...I'd hate to miss out... who knows, I might even wear it one day.
